Fax this signed form back to our office at 828.350.0525 and call us to make sure that we received your fax.

3) Your Master and Disc Art are Ready:
If your artwork and mastered CD are ready for printing and replication, send or fax the following items to our San Francisco office at the address below along with payment by phone on a credit card or money order:

a) Signed anti-piracy form if your songs are original.(see left).

b) Signed contract authorizing you to use material if it belongs to a third party.

4) Send Master Disc and Disc Art:
Send Master Disc and Disc Face Artwork files on two separate CDs. (Save back-up copies!) Make sure that your master and art file CDs are labeled properly with your name, phone number, master or art files specified, "Limelight Disc & Design" written on each disc. Send these in a padded package or envelope.

5) Art Specifications:

Be sure that your designer is aware of the following specifications for our printers. If your files are not sent according to these specifications, they may need to be sent back to you for revision:

a) Design Applications:
Design your CD disc art and folder art by using any of the following popular design applications:
Illustrator, QuarkExpress, InDesign, Pagemaker or FreeHand.

b) File Quality:
All customer-furnished files are to be trouble-free and must include all fonts used in the design plus all links and output file instructions from your designer to our pre-press department.

c) Printing the Folders or Booklets:
Your files for booklet or folder art should be furnished as HIGH RESOLUTION PDF FILES ONLY. They are to be furnished via Acrobat using 4.0 to 5.0 or any Acrobat version that will produce a PDF 1.3 file. In addition, please send us any version of color proof so that we can see how your folder or booklet has been laid out. You will receive a free proof, mailed to the address shown on your contract, before your job goes to press. Unless you have your designer generate professional match-prints, Kodak or Imation prints to determine the actual colors of the artwork, the colors on your proof may be slightly different than your computer screen or laser printout, as every computer screen has slightly different color calibration. Our printers represent the highest standards in the industry and will replicate exactly what you have submitted. If you would like to make minor changes to your artwork after submission, additional charges will apply.

6) Your Folder Artwork is Ready:
Post your finished CD or DVD insert artwork on our Limelight FTP site in the form of a high resolution PDF, or send it on a disc with your master and disc art files as a high resolution PDF. If you send it, be sure to put it on a third disc and not the same as the disc art files. Be sure this submission is labeled properly, as stated above. We will provide you or your designer with the proper FTP code after you place your order.

7) Checking-in Artwork:
After we receive your materials, we will check-in your artwork to make sure it conforms to our specifications and templates. If your files have any problems, we will contact you to determine how you would like to have those problems resolved. If your files are corrupt or damaged or not to spec, we will either send them back to you so that your designer can repair the problem or provide you with a price for one of our designers to fix the problem. (If you use one of our Limelight designers initially, you are not responsible for file quality or file submission specifications.) If it is too far off for us to fix for you, we will send it back for your designer to fix. If everything is in line, we will first e-mail you a PDF of the disc face artwork for your approval. You will then E-mail us a statement of approval.

8) Proofs:
After our printers have generated professional proofs of the rest of your artwork, you will receive a free copy to approve in the mail, sent from us within one week of our receipt of your materials. If everything is correct, we may proceed with your CD printing and replication only after receiving a signed Limelight Artwork Approval Form from you, which can be downloaded from our site. (see left) Please fax this form to our office at 828.350.0525.

9) Schedule:

After we receive your approval for the disc face and folder artwork, we will print and manufacture your products. We will ship your finished product from approximately 10-15 working days after you have approved your artwork. We will send UPS Ground, unless you request another form of shipping.

10) You receive your perfect CDs!
